Next, fill up the application form with the particulars of the property:
- The particulars of the property are a copy of the sales deed and the registration papers, or the rental agreement where the house being occupied by a tenant
- For a newly built house, a receipt of house tax paid to the municipality is needed.
Take a Demand Draft in favor of the Deputy Engineer, A P Transco, for Rs. 1000. The application form submission charges are Rs. 25, payable by cash. You should get a connection within a month of the submission of the application form, if all goes well.
