Method |
- Boil the milk to make khoya and keep aside to cool.
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the khoya to it.
- Mix well on a low flame for few minutes.
- Then add sugar & cardamon powder and stir continuously.
- When mixed thoroughly remove from fire.
- Beat the mixture well for a few minutes and allow to cool.
- Make equal portions of the mixture.
- Flatten each portion slightly and place on a greased tray.
- Finally decorate the pedas by press the nuts into them.

- Pistachio nuts, sliced- 12 nos.,
- Cardamon powder- 1/2 tsp.
